KIDS MUAY THAI CLASSES

LESSON OUTLINE

 

Lessons start with a brief warm-up to raise the pulse, raise muscle temperature and prepare the body for exercise.

 

Stretching of the major muscles is then done to prevent over-extension injuries.

 

Pad-work forms the main part of the lesson where instruction on stance, kick, punch, elbow and knee techniques is given.

 

To finish there is a relay race using the techniques learned in the class followed by a thorough stretch to cool down and prevent injury.
